Schools vocational higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) training

Recent government initiatives and legislation such as every child matters necessitates development and qualification of school support staff. The experience and expertise within the staff of love 2 learn is perfectly suited to taking on this challenge.

Love 2 learn is currently working in partnership with the Advisory Service Kent (Kent County Council), who are responsible for training all KCC school support staff.

This is proving very successful with excellent evaluations and feedback.

Teacher training

Recent reforms in the area of initial teacher training and the formation of the Institute for Learning (IfL) require all teachers to udergo education and training leading to certification. Once again the staff expertise at L2L is ideally suited to provide these training programmes as we hold academic as well as vocational qualifications together with industry experience.
