About us

We are unique in that we understand how people learn and our approach centres on the individual learning styles of candidates. We strive to get the best fit between the needs and expectations of the candidate and our provision. This is a fully inclusive approach and in line with lifelong learning.

Our staff are trades people first, teachers second, whose ambition and commitment, both individually and collectively, is to pass on their skills, knowledge and expertise to whosoever wishes to learn. They are committed to all students reaching their full potential.  They are supported by managers who have expertise in teaching and learning, teacher training and the Construction and Motor Vehicle Industries. The expertise of our staff means we are also able to offer vocational training in the motor vehicle area.

We also train workers from the Construction Industry fulfilling a wide range of bespoke construction based training courses.  Thus we support the opportunities presented by initiatives to regenerate the Construction Industry both locally and nationally. This serves companies who wish to invest in training and up-skilling their workforce.

We have an ethos of success, of caring coupled with the willingness to take risks, be brave and try out new things. We know at Love 2 Learn that the success of the learner depends largely upon the relationship he or she has with the teacher.

The aim of this company is to develop into the education and training company of Medway. We aim to be truly community based and sympathetic to the particular needs of the Medway community and provide a fresh, new approach to vocational construction training, which will enable young people and adults from the Medway towns to train in much-needed construction skills such as brickwork, maintenance, plumbing, joinery and electrical work and gain essential motor vehicle skills.

Our expertise does not stop at construction. Community needs do not either!

We also aim to offer an approach to teacher training totally suited to all vocational areas, in fact anyone, wishing to pass on any of their skills, not only to the younger generation, but to all who wish to learn. The aim is to enable new teachers to identify the needs of their learners and match what is taught to those needs.  As a vocational establishment we will be in a unique position to aid all. Love 2 Learn is currently providing education and training programmes for Kent Schools
